How Is My Order Processed

All orders are processed and shipped only on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are shipped within ten (10) business days after the date the order is placed. After orders are authorized and verified, processing time can take a day, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Please be mindful that our products are handcrafted and to ensure quality, each order is constructed with care. Shipping delays may apply depending upon the volume and time of year.
